We ship orders in a timely and efficient manner, according to the following policy:
If you can order an item, it is here in person and we can ship it right away (excluding custom-made gear: built-to-order window covers, for example)
All orders placed by 3pm MST Monday-Thursday ship within 24 hours (except orders including custom gear; orders containing a mix of in-stock and custom items ship together once the custom gear is completed). We don’t ship on Fridays or federal holidays; rarely, we may have a brief shipping hold, in which case there will be a banner on the website stating so!
We heavily discount shipping rates on window covers. These ship in large boxes, which drives up the cost - but, we don’t charge the entire cost to you. On average we pay about 50% of the actual shipping cost.
We ship everything via USPS Priority Mail. For most domestic locations, delivery takes 2-4 business days. Due to our rural location, “Express” shipping isn’t generally much faster than Priority, and costs a whole bunch more… so we only offer Priority service.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are stolen once delivered. The USPS cannot be responsible in such cases either, and shipping insurance does not cover stolen packages. Please make sure you are sending your package to a secure location!
We ship internationally to select countries; if your country isn't supported, please contact us. Delivery to most international locations ranges from 7-14 days. You are responsible for any additional duties or taxes levied by Customs in the destination country. We cannot be responsible for orders once they leave control of the United States Postal Service (generally, once the package arrives in the destination country).
